1. Demand Letter:  Addressed to Tenduli International Employment Service Pvt. Ltd. HMG Licence No. 304/059/060. mentioning numbers of workers required in each categories with salary, duty hours, food, accommodation, and all other benefits to the workers.

2. Power Of Attorney:  Authorizing Tenduli International Employment Service Pvt. Ltd. HMG Licence No. 304/059/060., Kathmandu Nepal to be true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal.

3. Authority Letter:  Address to his Excellency “The Consular General” of employing country in Kathmandu Nepal (New Delhi in India or Dhaka in Bangladesh if not available in Nepal), authorising Tenduli International Employment Service Pvt. Ltd. HMG Licence No. 304/059/060.
